Before meeting: Fund managers must prepare an official constitution/investment thesis for their own holdings & the purpose of their fund. Get approval from Aidan/Anna/Oz before Meeting #4. Fund managers have 2 minutes each to present their fund & recruit people Have members split off into the funds
