Ryan Nikitadis

Ryan is a Finance major with a Psychology minor at Syracuse University's Whitman School of Management, maintaining a 3.9 GPA and earning Dean's List honors every semester. She currently interns at Axel Capital Management, a $47M hedge fund, where she conducts research on publicly traded drone and aerospace companies and works directly under the Founder & CIO on client calls, data analysis, and AI-driven evaluations. She is also a Girls Who Invest Intensive Program Scholar, completing training in financial modeling, asset class education, and professional development. Within the Investment Club, Ryan serves as New Member Development Officer, training and mentoring analysts across a 180+ member organization, and previously led research for the Value Fund as Chief Research Analyst. She holds Bloomberg Market Concepts and Microsoft Excel certifications and is proficient in DCF modeling, comparable company analysis, Python, and R.
